I am simply seeking a clean home in Arizona for trade to include both my properties. (one in Southern California and a chunk of acreage in Southeast Arizona.) I just need a structurally sound home in Arizona with its own stand alone property/acreage. Within reason a fixer up or starter home is fine...as long as we can do whatever work is ncessary ourselves. Geographical location is not so important, cosmetic flaws not so important. Older is ok and in fact preferred. Things I would love are:
Mature neighborhood
additional guest house
At least 1000 sq feet but would accept less
2 car garage but a carport is ok
Brick or cabin as opposed to stucco
Both ac and swamp but either or is fine
fenced yard around the perimeter-dog.
2 bed 2 bath
larger city vs smaller city
city vs rural
Inner city is acceptable
low annual taxes (this is very important-i will take this into consideration)
NO HOA, NO ANNUAL OR MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEES, NO SPACE RENT-THIS IS A DEAL BREAKER.
I don't mind putting some $$ in to clean up or get the home to its best condition possible-but I am not looking to absorb someone's money pit-seriously-just a nice home for family.
