I have 2 different properties in Matheson with 5 buildings on the lot. Some buildings are connected. Residential and Commercial. I also have a 2bd 1ba house in Las Animas, Colorado and 3 different lots in Cisne Illinois . One is a rental the other is a small building with carport and the last is a 11,000sqft building. All properties would be included in the trade. I could also split properties for trades worth less value. All buildings are fixers. The value if renovations are completed is way higher.
