I am interested in trading for a home (or townhome) closer to my office in downtown SLC but also closer to utah county in the southern part of the Salt Lake Valley (starter, fixer-upper, etc.). I would like a home with a 2-car garage minimum and 3 bedrooms minimum. I would also prefer an unfinished basement if possible.
I have a large amount of equity in my townhome so I will consider homes with values ranging from $125,000 up to $180,000.
