Looking for a permanent swap of my townhome for similar housing(2+Bedrooms) in SW Florida(Sarasota, Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, etc).

My home is fully paid-off. There are no home mortgages, loans of any type, outstanding balances, liens, etc. For this swap to work your home would need to be either:
1. Paid-off just like mine.

2. You would be able to negotiate with your bank to transfer your mortgage to Chicago, so I can recieve my new home in SW Florida outright, and you would continue paying your existing mortgage to your bank for your new home in Chicago.
