Anaimal friendly with home (mobiles are OK or mild fixers) with a reasonable asking/trade price. Will look at any lot size AS LONG AS it is OK to have animals! I can be flexible! CLOSE to but not IN a fairly large town along the 101/Oregon Coast. OK if it is both res/comm zoned.
MAY consider SW WA also.
Would like to find a trade BEFORE the winter rains start along the West Coast, if not, I may hold off a trade until next summer.
