I have 10 acres, with 2 ponds and a shale pit that could be used to make money. There is a mixture of pasture and some trees. The whole 10 acres is fully fenced. There are 2 septic tanks on the property, along with water and electric. There are 2 mobile homes on the property that are not livable. A pretty large storage shed that would go with the property, and a nice inground cellar.

I’m looking for a house with a minimum of 5 acres, closer to Nowata, OK than I currently am. I’m 2 hours away and would like to be 1 hour away or closer. The house can be a fixer upper, I don’t mind a little work as long as the electric and plumbing are good to go!
