I purchased my home in 2006 for $84,500. After the economy crash and oil spill, my home has dropped in value(much like everyone else, right?).
I am planning to go to school in Gainesville next year, but I am open to all major cities within a few hours of Gainesville. Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, St Pete. If you are near there and want to live in Pensacola let me know!

My house is a 1951 single family home. House has all current updates-central air, dishwasher, track lighting, brand new privacy fence, deck etc. The home (I think) is about 960 sq feet and is a 3 bed/1 bath.
