This is a preliminary search for interested parties. We have a newly renovated 3 bedroom split-level home with an office, finished basement-entertainment room; separate laundry area, large front and fenced back yard with a large deck overlooking a beautiful pool, backing to a undeveloped park-land, in Wheaton, MD. Our home was built for 'able bodied' people, but is wheel chair accessible (not implying ADA compliant, but renovated with wheelchair-bound relative in mind). I would like to swap with someone who has pleasant accommodations in Charlotte. We're only 2 people and an olde, so don't necessarily need 3 bedrooms, but we like comfortable surroundings. We would like to reserve the right to visit the home probably 2 weekends a month. We would use the downstairs suite and not need to share kitchen or any accommodation other than laundry. More details to follow once I receive your reply stating your general interest in such a swap. Washington, DC is a wonderful place to visit/live. We have family in Charlotte and are considering a move, so we thought we'd find an economical way to have a long-term visit.
