I have other properties. I would like either a house or mobile home with acreage(not over 250,000) or rentals. Relatively near the mountains and a college. No desert -like places or too far north where it is extremely cold. The rentals do not need to be near any creek, lake or stream but I would prefer that my home be surrounded by some kind of water and in the country on acreage. I would prefer not to live too near a great big city either. If it doesnt exactly fit, send it anyway, you never know.
